Hey there, I’m Caterina,
For those of you who don’t know me already, here is the short version.
I’ve never believed success comes from following a straight line. My own career zigzagged across multiple industries including manufacturing, accounting, law enforcement, government, non-profit, and over 20 years supporting the military and veteran community. What I learned along the way is simple but powerful: true success isn’t about fitting the mold, it’s about having the courage to forge your own path.
That belief shaped everything I do today. I’m a multi-certified Executive Coach and Leadership Strategist, blending neuroscience, emotional and social intelligence, strategic thinking and practical digital solutions to help ambitious leaders thrive in a complex world that’s constantly changing.
My curiosity has always driven me deeper, beyond surface-level “tips and tricks”, into the science of how people think, lead, and change. That’s why I trained extensively in Emotional Intelligence, Personality, Neuroleadership, Neurolinguistic Programming, and Applied Neuroplasticity. These aren’t just credentials; they’re tools I use to help leaders rewire limiting patterns, elevate their presence, and lead with confidence.
This journey culminated in my book, Now That the Candy’s Gone: Mastering the Art of Self-Confidence, a raw, honest exploration of resilience, imposter syndrome, and self-belief. It’s not just my story; it’s a guide for anyone ready to step into their power and own their worth.
When I “retired” from traditional roles (though I laugh at the word—I’m busier than ever), I set out to offer leaders the support I never had. I’ve felt the isolation and loneliness of not having a safe place to process hard decisions, vent without judgment, or admit “I don’t know what to do next” without it being used against me. That’s exactly why I built Your Success Unlimited, so leaders like you never have to feel that alone.
I made a commitment to address three critical gaps I’d witnessed throughout my career:

Of course, none of this matters if self-doubt is holding a leader back. What I have discovered is that even the most capable, accomplished leaders struggle with imposter syndrome, burnout, or the scars of toxic workplaces.
